POLICIES OF INDBIN FINTECH SERVICES LLP

Terms and Conditions of Service: INDBIN & GROCD Platforms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the financial technology platforms/products known as INDBIN and GROCD, and all associated services, applications, and websites (collectively, the "Platforms"). By accessing or using the Platforms, you ("User" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein, which constitute a binding legal agreement between you and INDBIN FINTECH SERVICES LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "LLP" or "INDBIN FINTECH").

1. The Operating Entity and Scope

Operating Entity: All services provided through the INDBIN and GROCD Platforms are owned, operated, and provided by INDBIN FINTECH SERVICES LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of India.

Platform Distinction:

The INDBIN Platform may focus on Investment Services , lending modules and Wealth Management Tools.

The GROCD Platform may focus on Digital Payments, Bill Payments, BNPL services, Insurance and other investments Aggregation in partner with the Authorized & Regulated Financial Institutions.

Agreement: Regardless of the specific platform you use (INDBIN or GROCD), your legal agreement is solely with INDBIN FINTECH SERVICES LLP.

2. Nature of Services and Regulatory Compliance

The LLP, through its Platforms, acts only as an intermediary and technology facilitator for regulated financial services. INDBIN FINTECH SERVICES LLP is not a bank, insurer, or Asset Management Company (AMC).

Payment Services (GROCD): Facilitating digital payment transactions in partnership with regulated payment system providers, strictly in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.

Insurance Services (GROCD/INDBIN): Acting as a corporate agent or broker to facilitate the purchase and management of policies from registered insurers, subject to Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) regulations.

Investment Services (INDBIN): Offering a platform for investing in regulated products (e.g., Mutual Funds, Stocks) through partnerships with registered intermediaries, governed by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations.

3. User Accounts and Security

Unified Account: You may utilize a single login or set of credentials across both the INDBIN and GROCD Platforms, but each service will require specific compliance steps (e.g., KYC).

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials for all Platforms. You must notify the LLP immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Know Your Customer (KYC): You agree to complete the KYC process as mandated by Indian regulators (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI) and acknowledge that access to certain products on either the INDBIN or GROCD Platform is conditional upon successful verification.

This Privacy Policy details the collection, use, sharing, and protection of your data by INDBIN FINTECH SERVICES LLP across both its INDBIN and GROCD Platforms, adhering to Indian regulations.

4. Data Collection for Specific Products

INDBIN FINTECH SERVICES LLP collects information based on which Platform (INDBIN or GROCD) and service you use. Your data is processed only to the extent necessary to deliver that specific service.

Personal Identification Details (PID): Name, contact information, date of birth, and identity proofs (PAN, Aadhaar) collected once for common KYC requirements across both Platforms.

Financial Data (GROCD - Payments): Transaction history, bank account details, and payment instrument information necessary for processing payments and bill settlements.

Financial Data (INDBIN - Investments): Investment portfolio details, scheme preferences, and investor KYC data required for SEBI-regulated product execution.

Usage Data (Across Platforms): Application activity, device information, and IP addresses are collected to enhance security and user experience on both INDBIN and GROCD.

5. Data Sharing Between Platforms and Third Parties

Internal Sharing: Your data may be shared internally between the INDBIN and GROCD operational teams within the LLP to facilitate a seamless user experience, conduct unified KYC checks, and comply with consolidated regulatory reporting (e.g., for money laundering prevention).

External Sharing (Specific to Service): Data is shared externally only with regulated partners relevant to the service you use.

GROCD (Payments): Shared with payment gateways and banking partners.

GROCD/INDBIN (Insurance): Shared with the chosen insurer and/or TPA.

INDBIN (Investments): Shared with AMCs, RTAs, and Stock Exchanges.

Legal Obligation: The LLP will disclose data to government bodies (e.g., FIU, RBI, SEBI, IRDAI) when legally required.

6. Data Security

INDBIN FINTECH SERVICES LLP implements comprehensive security measures (e.g., encryption, access control) across both INDBIN and GROCD Platforms to protect your data against unauthorized access and comply with the IT Act, 2000, and related rules.

📦 Cancellation and Refunds Policy (Service Specific)

All refund and cancellation policies are governed by regulatory guidelines (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI) and the terms of the specific product facilitated by INDBIN FINTECH SERVICES LLP through its Platforms.

7. Payments & Bills (GROCD)

Finality: Payment transactions initiated via the GROCD platform are generally final once successful.

Failed Transactions: Refunds for debited-but-failed transactions are processed automatically by the LLP and credited back to the source account within the standard banking cycle (e.g., 5-7 working days).

8. Insurance (GROCD/INDBIN)

Free-Look Period: The LLP facilitates cancellation requests during the Free-Look Period (as per IRDAI norms) via the respective Platform. The final refund is subject to deductions by the insurer (e.g., pro-rata risk premium, stamp duty).

Post-Sale Servicing: Policy servicing requests (claims, endorsements) are processed by the LLP on the user's behalf with the respective insurance company.

9. Investments (INDBIN)

Redemption Only: Cancellations/refunds are executed as Redemptions according to SEBI regulations and the scheme rules of the AMC.

Risk: Users acknowledge that market volatility affects the value of investments on the INDBIN platform, and the LLP is not responsible for any market losses. The redemption amount will be the Net Asset Value (NAV) less any applicable Exit Loads and taxes.
